Our client, a fast-growing financial services company based in Mount Pleasant, is seeking a Director of Finance & Accounting. Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all accounting and financial functions
- Develop, execute, measure, and evaluate data and provide accurate reporting, analysis, insights and recommendations to Management Team
- Identify and communicate solutions to complex, time-critical or recurring business issues
- Ensure cost savings and business performance improvement initiatives are developed and implemented
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, MBA/CPA preferred with a minimum 10 years of overall experience. This individual must have experience with both managing the financial close process in a multi-entity environment. Candidates must have strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
