Senior Manager of Analytics & Strategy
Our client, a rapidly growing Charleston-based fintech company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Analytics & Strategy to lead its business analytics team and deliver the analysis needed to drive growth. Reporting directly to the President, this role will shape how the company measures performance and makes strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the analytics team and allocate resources to meet business needs.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in all reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Produce and deliver regular performance reporting and analysis.
- Partner across departments to provide analytics support and present findings to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in strategy, analytics, or operations leadership.
- Background in high-growth or large sales organizations preferred.
- Experience managing analytics teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Highly proficient in SQL and Excel.
