We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst with strong SQL skills to help a fast-growing company strengthen and streamline its sales performance. This role focuses on reporting, analysis, and CRM management to give the sales team actionable insights and improved processes. This position is located on the Peninsula, with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule. Key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain clear sales reports and dashboards.
- Analyze data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and support the team with ad-hoc analysis.
- Partner with sales leadership to refine metrics and optimize processes.
- Provide training and best-practice guidance on CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in data analytics
- High proficiency in SQL for writing queries and working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems and data tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to translate data into practical recommendations and work collaboratively across teams.
