Courtney launched her executive search career in 2008 with one of Chicago’s top accounting and finance search firms. Entering the industry during a historically challenging economic period, she quickly built a reputation for perseverance, expertise, and an ability to connect professionals with the right opportunities. Over the years, she has partnered with organizations ranging from Fortune 50 corporations to family-owned and private-equity-backed businesses across industries such as manufacturing, financial services, construction, real estate, professional services, and non-profits.
Meet Courtney
A Wisconsin native and University of Minnesota graduate, Courtney attributes her strong work ethic, client-focused approach, and drive to succeed to her upbringing, foundation in youth sports, and many years working in the food and beverage industry. Based in Charleston, SC since 2010, Courtney has developed deep connections in the region, leveraging her expertise to support both clients and candidates in achieving their goals. When she's not recruiting, Courtney enjoys quality time with her family, shuttling her children to their many activities, and working on her tennis game.
