Our client, a privately-held, rapidly growing services company based in Charleston is seeking a Controller to join their team.  This position is open due to company growth and will report directly to the owner and CEO. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage day to day accounting operations and support staff for multiple business entities including processes related to AR, AP, financial accounting and payroll.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports.
  • Help implement new policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 7 years of full-cycle accounting experience. Must be extremely detail-oriented and be comfortable with working in the details while also being able to work closely with the CEO on financial strategy. This is NOT a remote position.
