Senior Accounting Manager, Charleston, SC

A fast-paced, rapidly growing diverse organization based on the Peninsula is seeking a highly proficient Senior Accounting Lead to join their Real Estate & Construction division. This individual will lead and perform daily accounting functions for all aspects of the organization’s real estate and construction projects – comprised of facilities both under development and fully operating.  Responsibilities include AP, AR, GL entries, financial reporting, maintaining fixed asset schedules, as well as assisting in the preparation of budgets.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with at least 5 years of full-cycle accounting close experience and exposure to construction or real estate accounting. Candidates must have the ability and desire to roll up their sleeves, be in the details, and work independently. This position is NOT remote and employees are required to work in the office.
