Small Company CFO, North Charleston, SC

Our client, a small, growing high-end residential construction company based in North Charleston is seeking a Senior Finance Leader to join their team.  This position is open due to retirement and will report directly to the owners. This is the lead Finance role but this individual MUST be willing to be in the details as well. Responsibilities include:

• Help manage and perform day to day accounting operations, alongside Accounting Manager, which includes processes related to AR, AP, financial accounting and payroll.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports.
• Help implement new policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Must be extremely detail-oriented and be comfortable with working in the details while also being able to work closely with the owners on operational challenges and strategic growth. This is NOT a remote position and this company currently does NOT offer healthcare benefits.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
